I'm a food innovator fascinated by the application of new technologies and the adventure of finding creative solutions within them. From the back of restaurant kitchen to launching the worlds first safe raw milk, I’m experienced in both start-ups and global launch.
Over the last 30 years, I’ve personally developed and launched five brands and consulted with more than 50 food companies. The first to bring High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology to NSW, my expertise lies in category and product development which utilises this specialised manufacturing.
Understanding the interplay between new technologies, current processes and raw materials is vital to the development of a successful food brand in the modern marketplace.
